Michal Mrázik is the founder of UDOU Group, a former elite ice hockey player whose career ended unexpectedly at the age of 23. The experience of rebuilding his identity, health, and performance after sport became the foundation for what would later become UDOU.
Inspired by the Greek ideal of Kalokagathia, the pursuit of excellence in both body and mind, he created UDOU as a Human Performance Operating System for entrepreneurs, investors, and executives seeking measurable improvements in energy, focus, resilience, recovery, and long-term performance.
Michal is also the author of Life Doesn’t End Up Here, where he shares the lessons from his transition beyond elite sport. Today, UDOU is developed alongside a multidisciplinary network of specialists from leading universities, combining evidence-informed practice with applied performance science.
